Q: Can you customize acrylic products according to my design ?
Yes. We specialize in OEM & ODM custom acrylic manufacturing. We can produce acrylic display stands, home goods, hotel supplies, office stationery and artworks from your vector files, sketches, reference photos or physical samples.
Q: What is your MOQ ?
Our MOQ is flexible to support trial orders. Simple acrylic items start from 50 pcs, while complex display stands require around 100 pcs per design. Contact us for a tailored quotation.
Q: Can I get samples before bulk order? How long does sampling take ?
Custom samples are available for quality verification. Sampling lead time is 3–5 working days. Sample cost will be quoted separately, and the sample fee can be refunded when your bulk order meets our agreement.
Q: How long is the bulk production lead time ?
Bulk production time depends on order quantity and design complexity. After sample and drawing confirmation, it normally takes 7–18 working days.
Q: What are your payment and shipping terms ?
Our standard payment is T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We mainly work on FOB terms. We deliver goods to your nominated port, and shipping cost is quoted separately.
Q: How do you control quality and handle damaged goods ?
We have in-house polishing, printing and bonding workshops with strict inspection before packing. Please send clear photos & videos of damaged goods and original package within 3 days after receipt. We will negotiate replacement or compensation accordingly.
Q: What file formats do you accept for custom designs ?
Vector files such as AI, PDF, SVG,CDR,CAD,EPS and DXF are preferred. Sketches and reference pictures are also acceptable. Our team can make production drawings for you.
Q: Are you a direct acrylic factory ?
Yes, we are a direct acrylic manufacturer based in Quanzhou, China. All core processing procedures are finished in our own factory.
